Our factory is located in China. You can fly to the nearest major airport and take local transport directly to us. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3. How can I get FOB or C&F prices?
Normally production time is from two weeks to one month depending on the quantity ordered. Our representatives will provide specific information regarding lead times. For rush orders, please contact us to discuss your needs.
4. How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
Dental units carry a full one-year manufacturer warranty starting from the date of delivery. Warranty claims may be void due to neglect, lack of maintenance, or improper handling.
5. How can I get after-service and spare parts?
We welcome online chats or emails regarding any technical questions. We offer free spare parts for container orders and guarantee the continued availability of spare parts for our units.
6. What payment methods do you accept for orders?
