What are your standard trading and payment terms?
We generally accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, or Western Union. Lead times are normally within 7-10 days after the deposit is received, and samples are typically ready in 3-5 days.
How can I proceed with a product purchase?
The process follows these steps: Quotation → Proforma Invoice (PI) → Confirmation → Payment Arrangement → Production → QC Inspection → Shipping.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually, the MOQ is 10 pieces. However, if we have ongoing production for other orders, we can assist with smaller quantities. Sample orders are also fully acceptable.
Do you offer OEM or customization services?
Yes, comprehensive OEM services are available, including customized colors, logo printing, tailored user manuals, and specific packaging designs.
What kind of after-sales support do you provide?
